First Communion

First Communion also known as First Eucharist is the religious act of the Catholic Church which the first time that the child will receive the body and blood of Christ is celebrated. It is one of the sacraments which "self sacrifice of the Body and Blood of the Lord Jesus, which he instituted to perpetuate the sacrifice of the cross down the centuries until his return" is presented.
